Where Our Auctions Run

All of our weekly liquidation and returns auctions run on HiBid at liquidationsatx.hibid.com. You will need a free HiBid account to bid. If you are new to the platform, start with our beginner's guide to bidding on HiBid.

Sunday Auctions End at 3 PM Central

This is the rule bidders ask about most, so here it is plainly: Sunday auctions end at 3 PM Central Time. HiBid may display a later end time. Do not go by that. The auction closes at 3 PM Central.

If you plan to bid near the end, give yourself plenty of time. If you are outside the Central time zone, convert before the day of the auction.

Read Every Listing and the Auction Terms

Our inventory includes customer returns and liquidation merchandise. Condition varies from item to item. Read each lot's description, look closely at the photos, and review the auction terms before you bid. When you place a bid, you are committing to buy that lot if you win.

Payment Rules

Pay Your Invoice Within 3 Days

When the auction closes, you will receive an invoice for everything you won. You have 3 days after the auction ends to pay and pick up. Paying early gives you the most flexibility to pick up on the day that works best for you within the pickup window.

What Happens If You Don't Pay

Unpaid invoices are cancelled 3 days after the auction ends, and the items are relisted. We do not hold unpaid items. If you know you will have trouble paying, do not bid.

Pickup is not available outside these days and hours. Plan your trip before you bid, not after you win. If you cannot make it yourself, arrange for someone else to pick up within the window.

What to Bring

• Your invoice or the name on your HiBid account
• A vehicle large enough for what you won (pallets need a truck or trailer)
• Straps, tie-downs, or blankets to secure your items
• Help, if you won heavy or bulky items

Give yourself time. Arriving at 5:55 PM with a pallet to load makes for a stressful pickup. Aim to arrive with time to spare before 6 PM.

What Happens If You Don't Pick Up

Items not picked up within 3 days after the auction ends are considered forfeited and abandoned, with no refund. That applies even if your invoice has already been paid. Once those 3 days pass, the items go back into a future auction.

We know that sounds strict. It is meant to be clear, so nobody is caught off guard.

Shipping

Shipping is available for some items through shipping-label invoices. Not every item can be shipped, especially large or heavy lots like pallets. If shipping matters to you, confirm it is an option before you bid. If an item cannot be shipped, it must be picked up during the Monday–Wednesday, 2–6 PM window.

Why We're Firm About Deadlines

Every week, new inventory comes into our warehouse and a new auction goes live. Items left behind take up room that the next auction needs. Firm deadlines keep the warehouse moving, keep each week's auction on schedule, and make things fair for every bidder, including the ones who are waiting for relisted items.

Following the rules is easy: bid only on what you can pay for and pick up, pay promptly, and come in Monday through Wednesday between 2 and 6 PM.

Your Weekly Auction Checklist

Run through this list every time you bid, and you will never lose an item to a missed deadline:

1. Before you bid: Read the lot description, photos, and auction terms. Confirm you can either pick up Monday through Wednesday between 2 and 6 PM, or that the item offers shipping.
2. Set your budget: Add up everything you are leading on so your invoice does not surprise you.
3. Watch the clock: Sunday auctions close at 3 PM Central, no matter what time HiBid displays.
4. After you win: Review your invoice right away and pay it promptly.
5. Schedule pickup: Put your pickup day and time on your calendar, and line up a truck, straps, and a helper if you need them.
6. Show up on time: Arrive at 7325 Reindeer Trail Ste 118 with enough time to load before 6 PM.
